Back for its second year, Live At The Queens Fest 2026 is a stunning grassroots music festival in Bridlington.
A local team creates, curates and runs the event, championing the inclusion of local music as well as that of bands from further afield across Yorkshire.
After a splendid inaugural year, for 2026 the team have expanded the offering to include an additional acoustic stage – and that means the line-up expands with 10 more artists!
So, 22 artists, one day, for a tenner if you buy in advance – a stunning beer garden stage and a short skip to the indoor acoustic venue – what are you waiting for?

Headliner Main Festival Stage: Girl Group
This year’s Main Stage headline act, Girl Group, includes member Lil Christlow who is originally from Bridlington. They’ll be returning to play Lil’s hometown to headline the outdoor festival stage after a huge year of gigging and touring across the UK & Europe!
Headliner Acoustic Stage: Phoebe Marshall
Phoebe Marshall is an independent indie pop artist who moved to London in 2021 after living in Yorkshire her whole life. She says the reason she started playing guitar was all thanks to Lindsay Lohan in the Freaky Friday remake, and Avril Lavigne’s debut album. Now she’s returning to Yorkshire’s East Coast to headline the brand new acoustic stage, alongside a plethora of incredibly talented artists from along the Yorkshire Coast.
Host: Last year’s host, BBC presenter and TV personality Jack Brown, will return! He did a superb job and kept us all entertained and jubilant, even when the weather wasn’t playing nice.
Organiser: Metalines Studios
Metalines Studios is a grassroots, community focused music promotion company based in Bridlington. They run a wide range of events, providing opportunities for local musicians to practice their craft and take to the stage alongside exciting artists from across the UK and beyond.

21.35 Girl Group
Five-piece Norwegian-English feminist alt-pop rock band; fearlessly challenginf misogyny across the music industry and centring unapologetic feminity, with some mighty fine tunes in the fray. Check out more here.
20.30-21.10 The Froot
Modern Vintage, Hull based four-piece. Expect dabbles across genres, with some psychedelic and prog elements. However you define it, you’ll love it. Listen here and check out their Lounge Live at Beckview Studios set here.
19.30-20.10 Feral Family
Originally from Bridlington, Feral Family have received acclaim for their post-punk intensity, dark musical energy and raw lyricism. Listen to their releases so far here. They have new music coming out soon – The Razor lands September 4th!
18.45-19.15 Beth Pilling & The Bootleggers
With roots in Bridlington, Hull and Scarborough, Beth Pilling & The Bootleggers are always a treat; having graced the main stage at Humber Street Sesh this year and with releases in the offing, expect genre-bending blends of rock, jazz, and folk and stunning vocals over sharp lyrics. 18.00-18.30 O’Phantom
They played Truck Festival this year and it feels like bigger things are in the offing; O’Phantom offer post-punk ‘art-indie’ that utterly captivates – check out their music here and a perofrmance of latest single Deprivation live on North Sea Soundcheck here!
17.15-17.45 Follow Deep
Hull / Bridlington alternative and indie-rockers – this four piece also graced the stage here last year and absolutely smashed it, so we expect more of that. A wave of singles in the past year will give you a flavour. (For those that like to spot these things, drummer Elliott is also in Beth Pilling and the Bootleggers. Only two appearances this year for him, we estimate – a quiet year compared to last year’s standards.)

16.15-16.45 Bad Panda
They’re back, with a refreshed line-up, and they’ve been making waves across the Yorkshire coast with their cheeky lyrics and – so we understand – monkey noises. A steady stream of singles and videos have been rolling out so take a look ahead of their festival appearance.
15.30-16.00 Robyn Banks
We had the good fortune to catch Robyn’s Humber Street Sesh set and we can’t wait to catch her again. Combining sharp wit, North East charm and mesmerising vocals, don’t miss this! Check out Robyn’s music here.
14.45-15.15 Limeys
Post-rock, youthful and experimental vibes, Limeys never fail to stun the audience with their performance. These extraordinary musicians are heading off to university this autumn so make sure you take the opportunity to see them locally while you can! 14.00-14.30 Edge Of 13
Edge of 13 have a knack for crafting catchy tunes with cracking riffs and making you dance to their indie tunes. Bridlington-based, their EP Donkey Bridge Disco is a nod to the local landmark; meanwhile, we wonder if Shrek’s Donkey will make another appearance on the stage. It’s been known. Check them out here.
13.15-13.45 Preventer
With roots in York and Bridlington, we reckon there’s another case of band multiverse shenanigans here as they share a member with Bad Panda. Preventer’s bio states that they don’t play happy songs, and that’s ok, because when a festival is as much fun as this one will be, we need a bit of pain and anger in our music to level things out. Expect some post-punk / synthwave / darkwave to bring some dark into the light of late lunchtime – listen here.
12.30-13.00 Sproose Moose And The Speedholes
The legend that is Sproose Moose self describes as ‘energetically ranshackle’ but we feel that ‘frantically fabulous’ would be an equally good description. Expect some high-energy indie-folk-rock journeys accompanied by the occasional anecdote; Sproose and the band always bring a good time and we can think of no better start to a day of fun, friends, music and (maybe just a little lovely) mayhem.
